Good article, very informative and also honest. I do outsourcing seo and website marketing on a freelance basis, and too be honest as the years go by its the new customers that get more value for their money, as there is no learning curve! The only research required is knowledge of the actual business and by the end of the project I have extensive knowledge of all of their services, products etc. – Susan

I believe that certain factors should be outsourced and certain should remain in the country of origin. Unfortunately language barriers can cause problems in many cases. I have occasionally hired out data entry and link building but you have to be careful that you deal with a quality provider.

For financial reasons, Outsourcing SEO is more likely to be more accurate. But the two have the potential to make the company flourished in some ways. About the unexperienced employees, why don’t give them a chance to learn from the company, give them training and it may come a chance that those unexperienced will most likely to stick with the company.
